PART-TIME YOUTH LEADER NEEDED

We are in need of a part-time Youth Leader.  A Youth Leader who has the heart to lead young folks to "the truth, the way, and the life" and to be an example to show them the way.  The pay is not great , but the rewards are mighty!  If you or someone you know may have interest, please contact the church for more information.

THANK YOU FOR THANKSGIVING DINNERS; SUPPORT CHRISTMAS MISSIONS

We thank everyone who contributed to the funds so that we could provide five Thanksgiving dinners to area families.

We have to especially thank the following for their contributions:

Todd Daniels and Todd's IGA for providing the meals.

Gary Schenck, who works for Todd's, for collecting money from Todd's patrons (including Calvin Woodrey, the mayor of Trenton) for our sincere cause.

For Christmas, we will provide five local families with dinners.  Please donate by December 10th so we can get the order in on time.  (The cost for a complete meal, serving eight, is $43.00.)  Thanks again, Todd's IGA, for the generosity and the unbelievable cost per dinner.

We will supply a Christmas Present to 10 local children who otherwise might receive nothing for Christmas.  Take a angel from our ANGEL TREE, buy a gift(s) according to the age, gender, and "wish list".  Wrap your gift(s) and return it/them to the ANGEL TREE with the angel containing the child's information as the gift tag.  Please return by December 17th.
PRAYER REQUESTS FOR THE PRAYER MEETING

There is a table set up in the Narthex with pen, paper, and a Prayer Box.  Write down your prayer requests and drop them in the Prayer Box.  Every Wednesday evening at 8 PM we gather in a prayer meeting in the church library.  The Prayer Box will be opened, then heads will bow, and prayers lifted for your needs and concerns.

ALL are welcome to attend our special time of prayer every Wednesday evening.
