Please note:    This Sunday, we will require you to wear a mask for face covering, if you are attending our Worship Service.  This requirement is due to Ohio's current mandate concerning public settings and buildings, because of the Coronavirus pandemic.   If you do not have a mask or face covering with you, we can supply one for you.  Thank you for your understanding.
We are proud to announce that our Sunday Worship Service is now live once again.  It is being streamed on Facebook Live. The service can be viewed on both Facebook and YouTube.

Hello!  We are praying for God's peace and protection during this time.  Many people are on edge with the Coronavirus spreading.  May the Lord help us keep the perspective that God is with us and in control in all circumstances.

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Isaiah 41 : 10

Our 10:30 Sunday Worship Service is live once again.  As you may expect, there will be some special rules in effect as we begin worshiping together again, including the requirement of masks or facial coverings (due to Ohio's current mandate concerning public buildings/ settings), the maintaining of social distancing, no handshaking or hugging, modified offering rules, and the abundance of hand sanitizer.

NOTE:  We are still recording our worship services, via Facebook Live and YouTube.  We understand there are many church members and friends, who,
1) are not yet comfortable with returning to church in the current circumstances;
2)  are older that may not be able to attend church; or
3) who live out of town but still would like to see our Worship Services.

We continue to thank you for your commitment and support of Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church.  WE LOVE YOU!

The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; The Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

Join us this Sunday for Sunday School at 9:00 AM and for Worship at 10:30 AM!

Mike Lynskey is leading the Adult Sunday School class.  See the News and Events page for details on the current study series.

At Mt. Olivet Presbyterian Church, we come together in worship to praise and glorify God, through Jesus Christ and to experience the love of Christ through Christian fellowship.  As a part of the body of Christ we look to the Holy Spirit to sustain us and to help support, encourage, and enable one another in all areas of the Christian life.  We invite you to join us in study, worship, growth, faith, and service.

PRAYER MEETING ON WEDNESDAY EVENINGS

We as a congregation need to be in community prayer, to lift up our church, the governing bodies of the church, and, most importantly, our Father and Savior.  These times that congregation members have met have been filled with prayer, hope, and faith.

Please consider joining us on Wednesday nights at

6 PM.    If you cannot join us at this time, please take time at home to pray and meditate, as the Almighty has called us to do.

How great is our God!  Indeed!

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER OR EMERGENCIES . . .

The Elders of Mt. Olivet have a system in place to notify the congregation should it be necessary to cancel Sunday services due to dangerous weather conditions or other important reasons.

In addition, please tune to Local 12 News (WKRC) for any cancellation notices involving Mt. Olivet.
