Sunday May 11

 

We'll celebrate our mothers and special women in our lives on Mother's Day!  

 

Tuesday May 13

 

Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. at the church we have a small group Bible study.  Presently, we are looking at the life of King David and developing a heart for God.  In June, there will be an adult small group meeting while the kids are at Vacation Bible School.  It will follow the theme of VBS - "Wonder Junction" and look at the life of Jesus.  

 

Thursday May 15 

 

Join our online small group study on Thursday mornings at 10 a.m. We meet through Zoom online and look at the previous week's sermon in greater depth and try to apply it to our lives.  Contact the church for a Zoom link to be emailed to you so you can join in.

 

Saturday May 17

 

We're having our annual Church Yard Sale during the Trenton Community Yard Sale weekend.  Items will be for sale from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.  During those hours, we'll also have a lunch available for purchase with sandwiches, ice cream, dessert, and drinks.  Proceeds will go toward our summer Vacation Bible School.  If you'd like to donate items to the church for the sale, bring them to the church on Friday May 16 or Saturday morning May 17.  Church members may sign-up to help in the church lobby.  Hope to see you! 

 

Sunday May 18

 

Today we'll celebrate our high school and college graduates during the Sunday worship service!  

 

Sunday May 25 

 

We're thankful for those who served our country in the military and have passed on.  We'll remember them today during the church service.  

 


Coming up . . .

 

On Tuesday nights, June 3 - July 1, we'll have our family Vacation Bible School:  Wonder Junction.   There's a free dinner at 5:30 p.m., followed by our VBS for children & youth through adults from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.  We'd love to have you come!

COMMUNION AND FELLOWSHIP MEAL

On the first Sunday of each month we celebrate communion during our worship service at 10:30 a.m.  After the service, we gather together for our monthly Fellowship Meal at 11:30 a.m.

Come join us for our monthly Birthday Meal in the Fellowship Hall.  Enjoy a home-cooked meal as we eat and celebrate our birthdays of the month!  Everyone is invited.

MEN'S BREAKFAST

A group of men gather for breakfast, fellowship, and a devotional at Bob Evans restaurant at 3524 Indian Meadows Dr. off of Rt. 4.  We meet every other Saturday at 8 a.m.

COMMUNITY EVENTS

The Edgewood Ministerial Association (EMA) is a cooperative ministry group of local churches that sponsors local community events to spiritually nourish the community of Trenton. The EMA also helps run local ministries to serve those in need.   It sponsors community events such as Gospel Sings, the National Day of Prayer, and holiday celebrations for local churches and the Edgewood Community Schools district.
